Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １次巻線及び２次巻線を有し、電源側からの電
力を変圧して負荷側に供給するコンバータトラン
スと、上記１次巻線を流れる電流のオンオフを制
御するスイツチング素子と、当該スイツチング素
子をオンオフ駆動させるパルス信号を形成するパ
ルス幅制御・駆動回路とを備えたスイツチングレ
ギユレータにおいて、 上記コンバータトランスの１次巻線に流れる電
流に応じた直流電圧を発生する電流／電圧変換回
路と、 上記コンバータトランスに設けられた補助巻線
の誘起電圧を整流・平滑して負荷回路への出力電
圧に応じた直流電圧を得る電圧変換回路と、 上記電流／電圧変換回路の直流電圧と上記電圧
変換回路の直流電圧との電圧差を分圧し、その分
圧電圧が所定値以上のとき、上記パルス幅制御・
駆動回路に上記パルス信号のデユーテイ比制御信
号として与えるデユーテイ比コントロール回路と
を備えたことを特徴とするスイツチングレギユレ
ータの過電流保護回路。
