ス抵抗、１３はタイマ回路、１４は放電回路、５
６は電源回路である。尚、図中、同一符号は同一
又は相当部分を示す。

前記停電補償用電池の放電を開始させる時期を計
時し決定するためのタイマ回路とを備えたことを
