化する調節弁であつて、前記調節弁の弁開度を検
出しその弁開度が入力信号の示す目標弁開度と一
致するように前記調節弁の操作部に対して空気圧
を供給するポジシヨナが付加されている調節弁に
おいて、入力信号の変化時を検出してその時から
所定時間経過するまで動作信号を出力する動作タ
イミング形成手段と、動作信号入力期間中に弁の
移動速度が所定値以下であり且つ前記操作部に与
えられる空気圧の時間変化率が所定値以上になつ
た回数を計数する計数手段と、前記計数手段の出
力する計数結果が基準値以上となつたときに異常
信号を出力する異常判定手段とを備えた調節弁の
