差を演算して流量操作出力を発信する流量調節計
と、上記操作出力を受けそのレベルに応じて切り
換えられて上記管路の流量を制御する並列接続さ
れた大流量制御弁及び小流量制御弁とよりなる流
量制御装置において、上記操作出力と上記小流量
制御弁との間に増幅手段を介在させたことを特徴
