    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 水銀捕集装置でアマルガムの形で捕集された水
    銀を再気化して、水銀蒸気をキヤリヤーガス共に
    水銀分析用光学系の光軸上に設けた吸収セル中を
    通過させ、水銀の原子吸光光度を測定及び記録す
    るようにした水銀分析装置において、上記吸収セ
    ルを長さの異なる複数個の吸収セル室によつて多
    段に構成し、水銀蒸気含有ガスが長さが短いか吸
    収セル室から、長さが長い吸収セル室順に通過す
    る如く配管接続してなる多段吸収セルを用いた水
    銀分析装置。
