字形回転アーム２４，３２と、このＬ字形回転ア
ームのばね係止部に選択的に係止されこのＬ字形
回転アームに対して当接部が扉の縁を開口の縁へ
加圧する方向の回転力を付与するばね部材２６，
３１と、このばね部材のＬ字形回転アームに付与
した回転力を一定値に保持させるばね係止機構２
７，２８とを備えたことを特徴とするキヤツチク
