ボツクスの上部に回動可能にかつ該回動により前
記開口を開閉可能に支持されているとともに付勢
手段により前記開口開方向に付勢されている回動
蓋と、該回動蓋の前記開口閉時には該閉状態にロ
ツク可能であるとともに回動蓋押圧によりロツク
解除が可能なロツク兼ロツク解除手段と、を備え
た車両用灰皿装置において、前記ロツク兼ロツク
解除手段を、常時実質的に灰皿ボツクスの上面よ
りも下方に位置し前記回動蓋の回動に連動して回
動するアーム部材と、該アーム部材又は前記灰皿
ボツクス側の固定部のいずれか一方の部位に設け
られたハートカムと、他方の部位に設けられた前
記ハートカムに係合可能なピンと、から構成した
