  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 回転ヘツドに水平面内で回転自在に取着される
    被塗体上にレジスト滴下ノズルが配置され、該ノ
    ズルより前記被塗体上に滴下されるレジストが前
    記回転ヘツドの回転遠心力により該被塗体面上に
    塗布されるスピンコータ装置において、 前記被塗体上に吸引フアンが対向配置され、該
    吸引フアンの吸引力により前記被塗体上に滴下さ
    れたレジストの霧散ミストが吸引排気されるよう
    に構成されてなることを特徴とするスピンコータ
    装置。
