Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 発光または受光を行う光素子と、前記光素
子を固定するためのモジユール枠と、前記モジユ
ール枠を固定し、かつ断熱するための断熱部材と
、前記光素子の発光面または受光面の前面に配し
たレンズと、前記断熱部材と前記レンズを固定す
るための固定枠と、前記光素子と前記レンズの間
を光が通過するように、前記固定枠に設けられた
光路孔と、前記モジユール枠を冷却するための冷
却器とからなる光結合装置。 (2) 前記固定枠の外側から前記光路孔まで貫通
するように、前記固定枠に通気孔を設け、前記光
路孔と前記通気孔を乾燥気体で気密封止すること
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
の光結合装置。
