  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 液体の吐出口と吸入口とを底部付近に有す
    る水槽と、前記吸入口と前記吐出口とを結ぶ液体
    循環流路に介装した循環ポンプと、水槽内の循環
    液を冷却する冷凍機を備えた生鮮物処理装置にお
    いて、前記水槽を堰板によつて、前記吐出口を有
    する浸漬処理槽と前記吸入口を有する溢流貯溜槽
    とに区画し、浸漬処理槽底部付近に前記冷凍機の
    冷却パイプを配設して、吐出口からの吐出流を通
    過させるようにしたことを特徴とする生鮮物鮮度
    保持回復装置。 (2) 冷却パイプが浸漬処理槽の側壁を一定の高
    さで内方に突出させて成る複数の液流案内用の突
    堤部によつて囲まれており、該突堤部上面を生鮮
    物処理篭載置部としている請求の範囲第１項記載
    の生鮮物鮮度保持回復装置。
