    リセルを配設してなるメモリマトリクスを備える
    メモリ装置において、 少なくともＸ，Ｙ方向のうち一方向に配線を延
    長させて前記メモリマトリクスの両側端に所定本
    数の配線を交互に引出し、前記メモリマトリクス
    内の配線間隔よりも大にして、前記両側端に沿つ
    て配置した周辺回路に、該配線端部を接続したこ
    とを特徴とするメモリ装置。
