Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 内側と外側を有し、電動機を電源に接続す
    るための端子と、エンド・キヤツプによつてその
    内側に支持され、対応する端子と電気的に接続さ
    れ、エンド・キヤツプの内側に取り付けられたブ
    ラシ収容箱の中に滑動可能に配置されたブラシを
    有するブラシ保持器と、エンド・キヤツプの軸受
    座に取り付けられた軸受とを備えた電動機用エン
    ド・キヤツプであつて、 前記軸受座と同軸で、軸受座からエンド・キヤ
    ツプの外側に軸方向に延び、電動機の組立のとき
    電機子の軸端を受け入れるように構成されたボア
    を形成する手段が設けられていることを特徴とす
    る電動機用エンド・キヤツプ。 (2) 前記ボア形成手段は、前記軸受座と同軸で
    、軸受座からエンド・キヤツプの外側に軸方向に
    突き出たカラーの形をしていることを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の電動機用エ
    ンド・キヤツプ。 (3) 前記軸受座から遠い前記カラーの端は、ス
    ラスト面を形成するため閉じられていることを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の電
    動機用エンド・キヤツプ。 (4) 前記エンド・キヤツプは、プラスチツク材
    料で作られていることを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項から第３項のいずれかに記載の
    電動機用エンド・キヤツプ。 (5) 前記軸受は、自動調心軸受であることを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項から第４
    項のいずれかに記載の電動機用エンド・キヤツプ
    。 (6) 前記軸受は、円筒形スリーブ軸受であるこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項か
    ら第４項のいずれかに記載の電動機用エンド・キ
    ヤツプ。 (7) 前記ボアの軸方向長さは、前記軸受の軸方
    向長さにほぼ等しいか、それより長いことを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項から第６項
    のいずれかに記載の電動機用エンド・キヤツプ。 (8) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項から第７項
    のいずれかに記載されたエンド・キヤツプを備え
    ていることを特徴とする永久磁石直流電動機。
