Claims (1)
石灰を含むスラリーを用いて処理しSO2を吸収
除去するとともに石膏を副生する湿式石灰石膏法
排煙脱硫装置において、吸収塔入口SO2量と脱
硫率を検出して脱硫SO2量を演算し、該脱硫S
O2量の演算信号により吸収塔抜出しスラリー流
量を制御するとともに、吸収塔循環スラリー中の
吸収剤濃度を制御する設定器からの信号と前記脱
硫SO2量からの信号により吸収塔循環スラリー
中の吸収剤濃度を一定に維持するために必要な吸
収剤量を演算して、所定の脱硫率が達成されてい
る場合には、吸収塔循環スラリーPH設定器から
の信号と吸収塔循環スラリーPH検出器からの信
号との差を演算して該演算信号と前記吸収剤量演
算信号とを乗じることにより吸収塔循環スラリー
PHを設定値に維持するに必要な吸収剤量を演算
し、該吸収剤量の演算信号により吸収剤スラリー
供給量を制御し、一方、所定の脱硫率を下廻る場
合には、前記脱硫SO2量と吸収塔循環スラリー
中の吸収剤濃度を一定に維持するに必要な吸収剤
量を加算して該吸収剤量の演算信号により吸収剤
スラリー供給量を制御するようにしたことを特徴
