熱線抵抗の一端に接続されかつ当該熱線抵抗に直
列接続される基準抵抗とを含むブリツジ回路への
供給電流を該ブリツジ回路の非平衡電圧に基づい
て制御し吸入空気流量に応じた電圧をブリツジ回
路から出力するよう構成されると共に、前記基準
抵抗が抵抗線を筒状支持部材にコイル状に巻回し
て形成される内燃機関の熱線式流量計において、
前記筒状支持部材の外周壁の一部に凹部を設け、
該凹部に巻回された部分以外の抵抗線をコーテイ
ングすると共に、該凹部に抵抗線を緩ませて巻回
するようにして基準抵抗を形成したことを特徴と
