熱線抵抗の一端に接続されかつ当該熱線抵抗に直
列接続される基準抵抗とを含むブリツジ回路への
供給電流を該ブリツジ回路の非平衡電圧に基づい
て制御し吸入空気流量に応じた電圧をブリツジ回
路から出力する内然機関の熱線流量計において、
前記熱線抵抗を支持する支持部材が取付けられ吸
気通路壁を貫通して設けられる筒状の電磁シール
ド部材の外壁に前記基準抵抗をコイル状に巻回し
て取付けると共に該基準抵抗にコンデンサを並列
接続し、前記熱線抵抗の他端に接続されたリード
線を前記電磁シールド部材の筒内を通過させ、該
リード線と前記基準抵抗との他端を吸気通路の外
方に取出すようにしたことを特徴とする内燃機関
