して導入するキャニスタと、吸気通路に内装した熱線を
有する熱線式空気流量計と、熱線に高圧電流を流し熱線
への付着物を焼却する焼却手段と、を備えた熱線式空気
流量計付内燃機関のキャニスタ装置において、前記パー
ジ通路にフレームアレスタを設けたことを特徴とする熱
