    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 燃料タンクの蒸発燃料を貯留し、機関の運転状態に応じ
    て貯留した蒸発燃料を機関の吸気通路にパージ通路を通
    して導入するキャニスタと、吸気通路に内装した熱線を
    有する熱線式空気流量計と、熱線に高圧電流を流し熱線
    への付着物を焼却する焼却手段と、を備えた熱線式空気
    流量計付内燃機関のキャニスタ装置において、前記パー
    ジ通路にフレームアレスタを設けたことを特徴とする熱
    線式空気流量計付内燃機関のキャニスタ装置。
