  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 熔融はんだが収容されたはんだ槽内で、ポンプ
    によりノズルの下側開口部に熔融はんだを圧送し
    、ノズルの上側開口部に設けられた多孔板の多数
    の小孔から熔融はんだを突起状に噴流させる噴流
    式はんだ付け装置において、 上記多孔板の小孔の少なくとも下側部を下方に
    向かつて拡開したテーパ状に形成することを特徴
    とする噴流式はんだ付け装置。
