Claims (1)
- ポンプ機構により加圧されたはんだ融液を噴流
口から噴流させることにより、プリント基板には
んだ付けを行う噴流槽をはんだ槽内に設けた噴流
式はんだ槽において、前記噴流槽内のはんだ融液
を整流する多数の透孔を形成した整流板を水平に
設けるとともに、この整流板の下方に前記ポンプ
機構により加圧されたはんだ融液の流動を抑制す
る網板を前記整流板の下方で、こつ前記ポンプ機
構から遠ざかる側の前記噴流槽の内壁から突出し
て設けたことを特徴とする噴流式はんだ槽。
