を示す側断面概略図である。 尚、図中１は真空容器、１１は底面、１２は排
気口、２は電極テーブル、３は圧力調整バルブ、
４は内筒、４４は固定孔、５は外筒、５１は調整
孔、６は調整装置、７は環状室部、ｇは不活性ガ
スである。
図は、圧力調整バルブを真空容器内に設けた状態

Claims (1)
- 導入した低圧の不活性ガスに電極テーブルによ
り電場をかけてスパツター成膜等を行う真空容器
の内部に設けられ、該真空容器底面に設けた排気
口から排気される前記不活性ガスの圧力を調整す
るバルブであつて、前記電極テーブルの周囲を包
囲する円柱状の内筒と、該内筒を内部に遊挿した
円柱状の外筒と、該外筒を前記真空容器の外部か
ら回動させる調整装置とにより構成し、前記内筒
の中空部に前記排気口に連通する環状室部を形成
すると共に、前記内筒に前記環状室部に連通する
複数の固定孔を略等間隔に設け、前記外筒には前
記内筒の複数の固定孔を同時に開閉し得る複数の
調整孔を設け、前記調整装置を操作して前記外筒
を回動することにより前記複数の固定孔の夫々の
開口度を同時に且つ無段階に調整することを特徴
とする真空容器の圧力調整バルブ。
