を示しており、第１図は本考案の第一実施例を示
す縦断側面図、第２図は同第二実施例を示す縦断
側面図、第３図は従来の真空容器を示す縦断側面
図である。 １：真空容器、１ａ：開口周縁、２：蓋、３：
給排管、４：真空ポンプ、５：パツキング、６：
小容積部、７：第二の給排管、８，９：三方弁、
１０：凹溝、１１，１２：パツキング。
を示しており、第１図は本考案の第一実施例を示
す縦断側面図、第２図は同第二実施例を示す縦断
側面図、第３図は従来の真空容器を示す縦断側面
図である。 １：真空容器、１ａ：開口周縁、２：蓋、３：
給排管、４：真空ポンプ、５：パツキング、６：
小容積部、７：第二の給排管、８，９：三方弁、
１０：凹溝、１１，１２：パツキング。
Claims (1)
- 上方に開口する有底箱形の真空容器と、この開
口を開閉する蓋と、真空容器内に一端を連通した
給排管と、この給排管の他端を連通し、上記真空
容器内の空気を排出する真空ポンプとから成る真
空容器の気密保持機構に於いて、上記真空容器の
開口周縁に、この開口周縁に沿う閉鎖環状の凹溝
を周設すると共に、この凹溝の内周側と外周側と
に、凹溝の全周に亘つて閉鎖環状のパツキングを
周設し、前記蓋の閉鎖時にこの蓋の下面と凹溝の
内面との間に、上記パツキングによつて外部との
気密を保持される閉鎖環状の小容積部を形成自在
とし、この小容積部内に一端を連通した第二の給
排管の他端を、前記真空ポンプに連通した事を特
徴とする、真空容器の気密保持機構。
