Claims (1)
- エミツタ、エクストラクタ及びコンデンサ電極
が同軸に形成されたガスフエーズ・イオン源にお
いて、エクストラ面とコンデンサ電極面の少なく
とも３個の対応する点に円錐状の窪みを設け、中
央が絶縁物で両端がピポツトの支持部材を前記窪
みに嵌合せしめるように構成したことを特徴とす
るガスフエーズ・イオン源。
