用する内、外成形板の連結具に関する。[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention uses a hook protruding from a predetermined position on the back surface of at least one of the inner and outer molded plates,
Using these hooks, maintain a predetermined distance between the inner and outer molded plates on their back surfaces, line up the molded plates with the hooks on the back side in one or more layers, and pour ready-mixed concrete into the space between the back surfaces. This invention relates to a connector for internal and external molded plates used to repeatedly construct walls such as buildings, retaining walls, and fences.

手間どる。 The applicant disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 62-4496 that the inner and outer molded plates are of the same shape and each has a hook protruding from the back surface, and that the wall is constructed as described above.
Special Publication No. 60-9193, No. 57-184149, Special Publication No. 62-
It was proposed in 36098 etc. Then, when each end of the connector is inserted into the hook protruding from the back side of the molded plate,
The end of the connector is in direct contact with the back of the board, and the poured concrete cannot wrap around between the end of the connector and the back of the board, making it impossible to completely bury the end of the connector in the ready-mixed concrete. . For this reason, JP-A-58-123945
They also proposed that the hook be lifted from the back of the molded board, thereby burying the end of the connector in the ready-mixed concrete to prevent corrosion of the connector. However, in order to raise the position of the hook from the back surface of the molded plate in this way, it is necessary to accurately attach the hook to the reinforcing bars built into the molded plate by welding or the like, which makes the molding of the molded plate extremely time-consuming.

下、図示の実施例を参照して説明する。 In view of the fact that corrosion of connectors becomes a problem when the ends of the connectors are exposed to the outside air through the joints, which are the gaps created between the upper and lower tiers of molded plates, the present invention provides The joint was improved in such a way that the ready-mixed concrete was passed around the joint at the end of the joint in the vertical direction on the back side of the molded board, thereby eliminating the labor involved in forming the molded board. The following description will be made with reference to the illustrated embodiments.

Alternatively, it shows a state in which a wall is constructed by arranging multiple tiers and pouring ready-mixed concrete in the spaces between them.

cm, with a top and bottom height of about 15cm, and is made of concrete to a weight that can be easily carried by one person. The hook 1 will be vertically vertical even if the upper tier is stacked on top of the lower tier with potato joints or broken joints. It's starting to come together. This hook can be formed by bending the horizontal reinforcing bars of the vertical and horizontal reinforcing bars buried in the concrete when forming the plates A and A' with concrete, and making them protrude from the back side.

On top of the foundation B, as stated in the earlier application mentioned above, a reference frame is placed horizontally, which is equipped with a connecting tool 2 facing upward, which is cut from an iron flat bar that is inserted into the hooks under the first stage of the inner and outer stages. The connectors 2 are arranged vertically on both sides of the reference frame. However, the first stage connector (the fourth Fig. 5) inside and outside each 1st
You can also insert them in series from below into the hooks at the top and bottom of the step and stand them up directly on the foundation. In any case, align the top or bottom edge of the board with the horizontally stretched water string to make it horizontal.

Either protrude and push the hooks of the second stage into the upper half from above and pour ready-mixed concrete into the space between the back surfaces of the inner and outer molded boards of the first stage. After pouring ready-mixed concrete between the back sides of the concrete, push the hook into the upper half of the connecting tool 2 and arrange the second tier. A wall body of a required height is obtained by arranging the inner and outer molded plates of the tiers and pouring ready-mixed concrete into the space between the back surfaces of the lower tiers before the previously cast ready-mixed concrete has hardened. Of course, when arranging the second and higher tiers, keep them horizontal according to the threads.

はその部分から腐蝕する。 A gap is created between the top surface of the foundation and the lower edge of the first tier, and between the upper edge of each lower tier and the lower edge of the upper tier. Even if the joints are cast at intervals, the parts of the joints that cross the joints in the vertical direction communicate with the outside air, and as mentioned above, the joints corrode starting from that part.

4の形状はV形、U形、半円形等任意である。 For this reason, in the present invention, a recess 4 is formed in a portion that crosses the joint of each connector in the vertical direction. The shape of the recess 4 is arbitrary, such as V-shape, U-shape, semicircle, etc.

They may be short (Figure 6), or they may be long enough to be inserted into the upper and lower hooks of the upper tier and the upper and lower hooks of the lower tier (Figure 7). If the long insertion parts shown in Figures 5 and 7 are used, the downward insertion part of the upper connector and the upward insertion part of the lower connector are in the upper and lower hooks of each molded plate. 浮かせて成形板を成形するよりは簡易である。 As mentioned above, these connectors are made by cutting an iron flat bar, for example, about 3 mm thick and 19 mm wide, to create an upward or vertically facing insertion part and intermediate pieces 2' and 3', and then insert them. It can be manufactured by machining a recess in the part and welding the insert part to both ends of the intermediate piece. or,
Insert the vertically facing insertion parts 3a and 3b from the iron plate into the fourth
The intermediate piece may be punched out into a shape bent by the recess 4 as shown in FIGS. 6 and 6, and then welded to both ends of the intermediate piece.
In this case, the bent part can be used as a stopper by inserting the hook until the bent part comes into contact with the hook. Of course, the entire joint can also be easily manufactured by punching out a steel plate with a press, injection molding from synthetic resin, or processing synthetic resin strips in the same way as iron flat bars and gluing them together. Special request 1987
This is easier than molding a molded plate by lifting the hook from the back of the molded plate as proposed in -4765.

は適用できる。 In the above-mentioned embodiment, forming plates A and A', which also serve as formwork, are placed on the inner and outer surfaces of the wall to be constructed.
However, the wall is constructed by using a molded board for either the inner or outer surface, for example, for the outer surface, and for the other inner surface by using the formwork of a normal plywood panel P, and after construction, the plywood panel P is removed. The present invention can also be applied to the case where an appropriate interior material is attached to an inner wall surface made of ready-mixed concrete to finish it.

In the recessed part 5', a recess 4 is similarly machined in a portion that vertically crosses the joint. Then, this insertion part 5' is attached to one end of a separator 6 such as a bolt in a T shape by welding or the like, and a cone 7 or the like is attached to the separator 6 and brought into contact with the inner surface of the plywood panel P.
It passes through a separator through-hole in the panel to make its tip protrude outside, and the protruding portion is tightly tied to the vertical and horizontal flaps 9 on the outer surface of the form using form ties 8 or the like.
