Although block walls have been widely used in recent years as the quality and aesthetics of blocks have improved, not all construction problems have been solved. for example,
This is a measure to prevent collapse due to earthquakes, etc., but in this regard, conventionally, the stacked blocks were lined with vertical and horizontal reinforcements, and a buttress was placed on the back side of the block wall, and the reinforcing bars of the buttress were attached to the vertical bars. In recent years, there have been cases where there is no room to prevent shoddy construction work and to install retaining walls. In consideration of this situation, we implemented a construction method in which the resistance against collapse of the block wall is provided only by the vertical reinforcement and the pipe-shaped foundation piles that are integrated with this and mortar, so that it can sufficiently withstand collapse without providing a retaining wall. When implementing this method, in order to firmly integrate the vertical bars and mortar, it is necessary to prevent joints from entering the through holes that run vertically through the wall blocks stacked on the foundation. Conventionally, there was no jig to prevent these joints from entering, and the current situation is that block walls are constructed by checking each time that no joints, etc. enter the through holes when stacking the blocks. .

The present invention aims to correct such inconveniences and provide a jig for stacking blocks that prevents joints from entering through holes, improves the workability of stacking blocks for walls, and further increases the strength of block walls. The gist of this is that the through hole is larger in diameter than the through hole formed by the opposing sides of adjacent wall blocks or the through hole that vertically passes through the center of the wall block, and a horizontal flange portion having a thickness equal to the width; a cylindrical insertion portion provided on both sides of the horizontal flange portion perpendicular to the horizontal flange portion and inserted into the through hole; and a vertical flange provided on either one of the cylindrical insertion parts that protrudes in the radial direction and has a thickness equal to the joint width.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the block stacking jig according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a side view showing the block stacking jig according to the present invention used for actually constructing blocks. . The block stacking jig 1 according to the present invention has a through hole 3a formed by opposing side surfaces 2a' and 2b' of two adjacent wall blocks 2a and 2b, or a wall block 2c.
A horizontal flange portion 4 having a diameter larger than that of the through hole 3b passing vertically through the center of the flange portion and having a thickness equal to the joint width wa; Cylindrical insertion portions 5 provided on both sides of the horizontal flange portion 4
a, 5b, and protrudes in the radial direction of the cylindrical insertion portion 5a,
It also includes a vertical flange portion 6 having a thickness equal to the joint width wb.

Although the horizontal flange portion 4 has a disk shape in this embodiment, it is not limited to this shape, and has a diameter larger than the through holes 3a and 3b and a thickness equal to the joint width wa. It is fine as long as it is something. Moreover, the shape of the cylindrical insertion parts 5a and 5b is also
Although the shape is cylindrical in this embodiment, the shape is not limited to this, and the through holes 3a,
3b, and has a cylindrical shape through which the vertical stripes 7 pass. Note that one of the vertical flange portions 6 always has a through hole (which passes vertically through the center of the wall block) because the wall blocks are stacked up in a staggered manner as shown in FIG. In Fig. 2, it is inserted into 3b), so it is sufficient to protrude in the radial direction from only one side of the cylindrical insertion part, and for the sake of lateral positioning, the thickness should be adjusted to the joint width wb. is configured to be equal to

Therefore, according to the present invention, when constructing a block wall, the block stacking jig 1 according to the present invention is used by the opposing sides 2a', 2b' of the fence blocks 2a, 2b. Through hole to be formed (3a
), the vertical flange portion 6 is attached to the side surface 2.
The cylindrical insertion portion 5 is sandwiched between a′ and 2b′.
Insert the cylindrical insertion part 5b without the vertical flange part 6 into the through hole (in cases like 3b) that vertically passes through the center of the fence block 2c,
Since the fence blocks can be stacked up by repeating this process one after another, it is possible to position the fence blocks without measuring the joint widths wa and wb one by one. Accordingly, the through holes 3a, 3
Joints etc. are prevented from entering b. In addition, since the horizontal flange portion 4 allows the positioning of the blocks between the upper and lower sides according to the joint width, it is no longer necessary to wait for the joints to dry before piling up the wall blocks, resulting in continuity of construction work. In addition, by inserting vertical bars into the through holes and pouring mortar into them, a stronger block wall can be created.
