CONSTITUTION:A light-transmitting electrostatic attraction plate 1 is formed to one plate shape, and a pair of pectinate electrodes 2, 3 made of a conductive material are arranged onto a thermoplastic resin insulating support layer 4 so as to be engaged mutually, and the upper sections of the electrodes 2, 3 are protected by a thermoplastic resin insulating protective layer 5, thus shaping the attraction plate 1. The electrodes 2, 3, the support layer 4 and the protective layer 5 are all formed out of transparent material. A transmittance adjusting layer 6 having, the same light transmittance as said electrode 2 is shaped at the section except a section to which the electrode 2 is deposited in the insulating support layer 4, and uniform light transmittance is acquired extending over the whole electrostatic attraction plate 1.
