    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 高温流体の圧力または差圧を測定する液封入式
    圧力・差圧伝送器の受圧部において、接液ダイア
    フラムを常温時に凹状にたわませた状態に位置さ
    せるとともに、前記接液ダイアフラムと対向する
    面を波形状に形成して、この波形面と前記接液ダ
    イアフラム間のすき間容積を、封入液の熱収縮と
    圧力による変形で前記接液ダイアフラムが前記波
    形面に当たらないようにしかし最少に形成したこ
    とを特徴とする高温用受圧部構造。
