Claims (1)
- 炉内を真空にして処理を行う真空炉に取り付け
られて炉内温度を計測する真空炉用温度計測装置
であつて、前記真空炉の炉壁を貫通して先端部が
炉内に挿入され基端部が炉外に位置する状態で炉
壁に取り付けられる保護管と、その保護管の内部
に収納される熱電対温度計と、前記保護管の基端
部に設けられた排気口を通して保護管内部から排
気を行つて保護管内部を真空とするための排気装
置とを具備してなることを特徴とする真空炉用温
度計測装置。
