Claims (1)
- 熱処理炉の内部温度を計測する熱電対プローブ
において、熱処理炉内部に挿入される保護管と、
この保護管を保持するプローブ保持本体と、前記
保護管の内部に設置される熱電対と、前記プロー
ブ保持本体に着脱自在に取り付けられ、かつプロ
ーブ保持本体内部を真空に保持するキヤツプに取
り付けられたハーメチツクシールと、このハーメ
チツクシールの端子と前記熱電対の末端とを着脱
自在に接続するコネクタとを具備したことを特徴
とする熱電対プローブ。
