- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 気体の供給口および排出口が設けられた容器と
、この容器内に配置され冷媒を通す管路とを備え
、前記容器内を負圧にしたのち、六フツ化ウラン
ガスを吸引させ、管路表面に六フツ化ウランを付
着させる六フツ化ウラン用コールドトラツプにお
いて、 前記管路に付着した六フツ化ウランの重量によ
つて応力が生じる管路の所定部位に、応力測定セ
ンサを取り付けたことを特徴とする六フツ化ウラ
ン用コールドトラツプ。
