実施例において用いられる押え金具を示すもので
あつて、第8図は底面図、第9図は正面図、第1
0図は側面図である。第11図はこの考案の冷却
機構をもつ切削工具と冷却機構をもたない切削工
具との高温切削時における摩耗比較実験例を示す
図である。
図において、1は柄、2は切欠凹部、3は空気
流通溝、4はチツプ支承座板、5は切削用チツプ
、6は空気流通溝、7は押え金具、8は空気供給
路、9は主通孔、10および11は分岐通孔、1
2は縦孔、13はテーパー孔、14は締付用ボル
トである。

Claims (1)
欠凹部2の底面に、上面に空気流通溝3を備えて
いるチツプ支承座板4と、切削用チツプ5と、下
面に空気流通溝6を備えている押え金具7とが順
次重合されて固定され、切削工具の柄1に設けら
れた空気供給路8が、前記空気流通溝3および切
削用チツプ5の下面により形成された空気流路と
前記空気流通溝6および切削用チツプ5の上面に
より形成された空気流路とに接続され、前記各空
気流路の端部は切削用チツプ5の切削部側に向か
つて開口していることを特徴とする冷却機構をも
