  1. 電源と、この電源の電圧を第１の電圧に減圧す
    る第１の減圧回路と、この第１の減圧回路から出
    力される第１の電圧をＩＣ用の第２の電圧に減圧
    する第２の回路と、上記電源の電圧が設定値以上
    低下した場合には上記トランジスタ回路をバイパ
    スする回路手段とを具備したことを特徴とする電
    源回路。
