用ノズルの実施例を示し、第１図は一部切欠縦断
面図、第２図は整流板の斜視図である。また、第
３図は従来のスケール除去用ノズルを示す縦断面
図である。 １…ノズル、４…噴出口、５…溝、６…整流板
、Ａ…内部流路、Ｂ…内面ストレート部、Ｃ…内
面テーパ部。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 先端部に直径方向の溝５を設けた噴出口４を
    有するスケール除去用ノズル１の内部流路Ａを略
    直線状に形成し、この内部流路Ａの流体入口部分
    に流体を軸芯方向に整流する羽根状柱状体からな
    る整流板６を設けてあるスケール除去用ノズルで
    あつて、前記整流板６と前記噴出口４との間に、
    内面が直円筒内面であるストレート部Ｂ、及び、
    この内面ストレート部Ｂと内面が滑らかに連なり
    且つ前記内部流路Ａの内径を前記内面ストレート
    部Ｂの内径から前記噴出口４の入口径まで直線的
    に漸次縮径させるために内面が緩傾斜内面とされ
    た内面テーパ部Ｃを設けてあるスケール除去用ノ
    ズル。 ２ 前記内面テーパ部Ｃの緩傾斜内面の傾斜角が
    ５°〜１５°である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項に記載のスケール除去用ノズル。
