り付けジグの先端部の外観斜視図、第５図は、従
来の基板取り付けジグを用いて育成した厚膜の斜
視図である。 なお、図において、１：縦型炉、２：融液、３
：るつぼ、４：基板、６：アルミナ棒、１０：爪
をしばる線、１１：厚膜、１２：はがれ、１３：
基板の外周を支える白金線。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 縦型炉内に置かれたるつぼ内の融液中に基板を
    接触させ、液相エピタキシヤル法により、単結晶
    膜を前記基板に付着させる装置における、前記基
    板を保持する取り付けジグにおいて、中間部以外
    の上部および下部が菱形状に屈曲し、最上部に一
    対の線端を有する支持線を複数本有し、該複数本
    の支持線の前記中間部によつて前記基板の外周を
    上下に摺動可能に、とりまいて支持し、前記複数
    本の支持線の線端をすべて支持棒の下端に集結固
    定してなる基板取り付けジグ。
