Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 第1端部と第2端部を有する水平式アンモ
    ニア合成反応器において、 a 外部鏡板をそれぞれ第1端部と第2端部に
    有する円筒圧力胴、 b 圧力胴の実質的に全長にわたつて内包され
    、周囲に円環胴部を形成し、左右端に第1端板お
    よび第2端板を有する円筒内部胴であつて、しか
    も第1端部外部鏡板と第1端板とで第1ガス空間
    を形成させ、第2端部外部鏡板と第2端板とで第
    2ガス空間を形成させている円筒内部胴、 c 第2ガス空間、円環胴、および第1ガス空
    間へと順次に流体的に繋がつている、第2端部外
    部鏡板に付設されているガス入口手段、 d ガス出口手段、 e 内部胴内の横断仕切板で区切られて内部胴
    の側面部分に相対している第1、第2、および第
    3平板流触媒床において、第1触媒床は合成反応
    器の第1端部の極近くにあり、第2触媒床は第1
    触媒床と第3触媒床との間に置かれており、これ
    ら触媒床がそれぞれ頂部入口部分と底部出口部分
    とを有している第1、第2、および第3平板流触
    媒床、 f 第1触媒床と第2触媒床との間に配設され
    ている、上端に入口および出口部分を有するU字
    管式第1熱交換器、 g 第2触媒床と第3触媒床との間に配設され
    ている、入口および出口部分を有する垂直管式第
    2熱交換器、 h 第1および第2触媒床のすぐ外の下で円筒
    内部胴内に配設されていて、第1ガス空間と第2
    熱交換器出口部分との間に流体的連結を行う第1
    長管路手段、 i 第2触媒床だけのすぐ外の上で円筒内部胴
    内に配設されていて、第2熱交換器出口部分と第
    1熱交換器入口部分との間に流体的連結を行う第
    2長管路手段、 j 第1熱交換器出口部分から下向きに第1触
    媒床へ、第1熱交換器の管外へ、第2触媒床を下
    向きに、第2熱交換器の管外へ、そして第3触媒
    床を下向きにと、ガスを順次に送る邪魔板手段、
    及び k 第3触媒床の底部出口からガス出口手段へ
    ガスを送る手段、 よりなることを特徴とする水平式アンモニア合
    成反応器。 (2) 第3触媒床の底部出口からガスを送る手段
    が第4平板流触媒床を包含することを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の合成反応
    器。 (3) 第2熱交換器がパス数1の管を有すること
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項また
    は第2項のいずれかに記載の合成反応器。
