Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 垂直式アンモニア合成反応器において、 a 第1頂部鏡板および底部鏡板を上下に有す
る第1円筒圧力胴、 b 第1円筒圧力胴の直径より小さい直径を有
し、第1頂部鏡板の中央開口部から垂直に伸びる
第2円筒圧力胴において、ガス出口付の第2頂部
鏡板を有する第2円筒圧力胴、 c 第1円筒圧力胴の実質的に全長にわたつて
内包され、圧力胴との間に第1胴円環部を形成す
る第1円筒内部胴において、頂部および底部に鏡
板を有する第1円筒内部胴、 d 円筒内部胴内にあり、かつこれの周囲に固
定されている第1横断障壁、 e 円環形配列管および内外胴を有する下段多
管式熱交換器において、第1円筒内部胴内に収め
られ、そして第1横断障壁の中央開口部から上方
に垂直に立ち上がつている下段多管式熱交換器、 f 第2円筒圧力胴内に収められた上段管式熱
交換器、 g 第2円筒圧力胴内に収められて、その間に
第2胴円環部を形成する第2円筒内部胴において
、頂部内部鏡板の中央開口から垂直に伸び、そし
て上段管式熱交換器の少なくても一部を囲む第2
円筒内部胴、 h 円筒内部胴の実質的に全長にわたつて、上
段管式熱交換器から下方に下がる第1軸パイプ、 i 第1軸パイプの長手部分を囲み、下段多管
式熱交換器の内胴から下方に下がる第2軸パイプ
、 j 第2軸パイプの長手部分を囲み、下段多管
式熱交換器の内胴から下方に下がる第3軸パイプ
、 k 合成反応器の円筒内胴と下段熱交換器の外
胴とによつて半径方向が定まつている上段円環触
媒床、 l 上段触媒床の下に隣接しており、合成反応
器の円筒内胴と第3軸パイプとによつて半径方向
が定まつている中段円環触媒床、及び m 合成反応器の円筒内胴と第1軸パイプとに
よつて半径方向が定まつている下段円環触媒床、 n 第1および第2胴円環部、上段管式熱交換
器の管外、下段多管式熱交換器の管側、中段円環
触媒床、および下段多管式熱交換器の胴側を順次
にガスを通過させる手段より成ることを特徴とす
る垂直式アンモニア合成反応器。 (2) さらに、第2多管式熱交換器の胴側からの
ガスを上段および下段円環触媒床へ平行的に流す
手段、上段および下段円環触媒床からのガスを合
流させる手段、および第1軸パイプ、第1多管式
熱交換器の管側、さらにガス出口を順次に上記合
流ガスを通過させる手段よりなることを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の合成反
応器。
