Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. １次コイル及び２次コイルをそれぞれ巻回され
    ると共に、検出面に所定間隔のギヤプ部を有する
    複数の整列された磁気コアと、キヤンセル用１次
    コイル及びキヤンセル用２次コイルを巻回された
    キヤンセルコアと、前記複数の磁気コア及び前記
    キヤンセルコアを一体的に結合する部材と、前記
    各ギヤツプ部に配列された光フアイバとで成り、
    前記各磁気コアの検出面及び前記光フアイバの一
    端が被検出体に対して一列に対向する構造となつ
    ていることを特徴とする磁気及び光センサ。
