Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被焼成物を搬送するコンベヤーとそれらを
上面より加熱するシユバンクバーナーとを備えた
焼成機に於てコンベヤーとシユバンクバーナーと
の中間域にシユバンクバーナーとの平行関係を維
持したままシユバンクバーナーとの間隔を調節し
うる遠赤外線輻射板を設けたことを特徴とする焼
成機。 (2) シユバンクバーナーと遠赤外線輻射板とは
密着させない実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
の焼成機。 (3) 遠赤外線輻射板が金属板の表面に遠赤外線
輻射層を設けたものである実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１及び２項記載の焼成機。 (4) 遠赤外線輻射層が酸化ジルコニウム、酸化
コバルト、酸化鉄、酸化マンガン、酸化銅、酸化
チタン、酸化硅素、酸化クロム、酸化アルミニウ
ムからなる群から選ばれた一又は二以上の物質か
らなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項乃至第３項
記載の温風加熱機。 (5) 遠赤外線輻射層が酸化ジルコニウム、酸化
コバルト、酸化鉄、酸化マンガン、酸化銅、酸化
チタン、酸化硅素、酸化クロム、酸化アルミニウ
ム、窒化硅素からなる群から選ばれた一又は二以
上の粉末物質とバインダーとからなる実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項乃至第４項記載の焼成機。 (6) 遠赤外線輻射層が酸化ジルコニウム、酸化
コバルト、酸化鉄、酸化マンガン、酸化銅、酸化
チタン、酸化硅素、酸化クロム、酸化アルミニウ
ム、窒化硅素からなる群から選ばれた一又は二以
上の物質のホウロウ質である実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項乃至第４項記載の焼成機。
