    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 送風機によつて送風される空気流路中に空気冷
    却器と空気加熱器とを備えると共に該空気流路に
    開口する加湿器を備えた恒温恒湿空気供給装置に
    おいて、加湿器が、夫々ヒータを内蔵する蒸発水
    槽と補給水槽とから成り、蒸発水槽の下層と補給
    水槽の上層とが連通すると共に補給水槽には蒸発
    水槽の水位降下を検知する検出器からの信号によ
    り給水する給水手段が設けられていることを特徴
    とする恒温恒湿空気供給装置。
