- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 唯一の凝縮用冷却コイルを備えた多槽式洗浄
装置であつて、 被洗浄物が搬入される第１の洗浄槽とそれに隣
接する少なくとも１つの第２の洗浄槽との間に、
前記凝縮用冷却コイル中程の蒸気レベルの高さま
での間仕切板を設けたことを特徴とする洗浄装置
。 ２ 前記被洗浄物が搬入される第１の洗浄槽は、
蒸気洗浄槽であることを特徴とする実用新案登録
請求の範囲第１項記載の洗浄装置。
