Claims (1)
- 洗浄槽に静電フイルターを付設し、洗浄槽中の
溶剤を前記静電フイルターを通過循環させること
により、蒸溜再生できない溶剤中から汚れを除去
する様にしたことを特徴とする超音波洗浄装置。
