- マイクロ波回路が形成される誘電体基板と、こ
の誘電体基板の裏面に取着される接地導体と、前
記マイクロ波回路中のインピーダンス調整箇所の
直下に位置する前記接地導体箇所の接地導体を除
去した剥離部と、この剥離部内に位置するインピ
ーダンス調整用の接地導体ランドとを具備するこ
とを特徴とするインピーダンス調整手段を備えた
マイクロ波回路。
