Claims (1)
- 放射導体と地導体の間に誘電体サブストレート
を介在させ前記地導体下部に給電回路を位置させ
前記給電回路と前記放射導体とを給電ワイヤで接
続したマイクロストリツプアンテナにおいて、前
記誘電体サブストレート、放射導体および給電回
路を導電性を有する被膜によつて覆つたことを特
徴とするマイクロストリツプアンテナ。
