Claims (1)
- 二枚の金属基板と、前記二枚の金属基板を離間
連結する絶縁フイルムと、前記絶縁フイルム上に
形成された所望形状の導電路と、前記導電路上に
固着された複数の回路素子と、前記回路素子を対
向させて前記絶縁フイルムを折曲げ前記二枚の金
層基板を離間固着する枠部と前記枠部と前記二枚
の金属基板とで形成された空間部を二分する仕切
板と前記絶縁フイルムの折曲部分を密封し前記枠
部に固着される蓋体とを有する金属のケース材と
を備えたことを特徴とする混成集積回路。
