この考案に係る料理店用食品焼上げ装置は、カ

んで立上り部8を設けると共に該立上り部8の上
端に内方に向う補助台14を設け、
凹み5の内方側部にコンロ1調節用の窓孔5a
を設け、
立上り部8及び凹み5の前方側壁5b及び床面
5cを耐火煉瓦10で構成し、凹み5の入口7に
板状天草石支持用の複数体の横鉄棒6を配置し、
横鉄棒6に複数個の板状天草石2を脱着可能に
載置し、
板状天草石2の上面周縁近傍に液体分流出止め

る。実験の結果、鉄板に代え、天草石を使用する

もなく、火通りがよく、中の方までよく焼け、美
