- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) プローブの装置先端近傍に配設された各種
センサ又はサンプラの流入口を囲む位置に支柱を
立設し、該支柱先端には耐熱性素材よりなる遮蔽
部材を取付けてなるプローブの先端保護装置。 (2) 遮蔽部材としてセラミツクスを用いてなる
前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のプロー
ブの先端保護装置。 (3) 支柱と遮蔽部材を同一素材で一体的に形成
してなる前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は
第２項記載のプローブの先端保護装置。
