(0) Prior Art For example, when creating a window for an envelope with a window that allows you to partially see the documents inside, cut out a portion of the envelope paper and paste transparent or translucent cellophane paper, paraffin paper, etc. I'm wearing it. In this way, when it is desired to make a part of an opaque paper transparent, the conventional method has been to cut out that part and stick a transparent or translucent paper as described above to that part.

However, in such conventional methods, it is necessary to punch out a portion of the paper and then paste transparent or semi-transparent paper (hereinafter referred to as transparent paper) to cover that portion.
The punching process, the glue application process, the pasting of transparent paper, etc. require many processing steps, and the entire apparatus becomes complicated and expensive. Furthermore, with such a method, it is difficult to create a transparent or translucent part that leaves a partially opaque part, and there are limits to the shapes or patterns that can be processed.

Q9 Problem to be solved by the invention The problem to be solved by the invention is to create a method that allows a portion of opaque paper to be easily processed using relatively simple equipment, and even a complex shape to be transparent or translucent. It is to do so.

←) Means for solving the problem The present invention involves applying a liquid resin material in a desired shape to paper into which the liquid resin material can permeate, allowing the resin material to soak into the base paper,
The resin material is then hardened.

In addition, in the above example, we would like to explain the case where UV resin is used as the resin material, or other materials other than UV resin may be used as long as they are non-volatile, penetrate well into the paper, and become transparent or translucent when hardened. Other resin materials may also be used. Further, in the above embodiments, the resin material was applied to the paper by screen printing, but other application methods such as direct drawing by hand using a brush or brush may also be used.
