Conventional technology Conventionally, there has been a method of making paper itself transparent by adding paraffin to make it transparent. Also, envelopes with windows have been made by cutting out the windows and pasting a transparent film on them. There were some that added paraffin to the window to make it transparent.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, conventional methods or envelopes with windows have the disadvantage of being sensitive to heat when paraffin is used, and when transparent film is used, cutting and pasting processes are required. This not only complicates the manufacturing process but also leads to high costs.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for impregnating paper with ultraviolet curable ink to make the paper transparent.
A method of impregnating paper with ultraviolet curable ink and then irradiating it with electromagnetic waves to cure the ink and make the paper transparent. ``A method for producing an envelope with a transparent window, which comprises a step of curing the printed area by irradiating electromagnetic waves afterward and making it a see-through window.'' This paper proposes an envelope with a see-through window having a transparent window.

Effects of the present invention Since the present invention has the above-described structure, the ink impregnated with ultraviolet curable ink and cured has excellent heat resistance, so it is impossible to produce paper or envelopes made transparent by the method of the present invention. It can also be used as kanji printer output paper, etc.
In addition, in the envelope manufacturing method of the present invention, since the window portion is directly made transparent, there is no need for the conventional work of punching out the window portion or applying transparent film, simplifying the manufacturing process. , it is possible to reduce costs.

In this process, a printing machine (5) spots-prints IJV ink (2) at a predetermined position on the envelope top paper (4) that is continuously fed out from the take-up roll, thereby applying UV ink to the envelope top paper (4). After the window portion (3) is made transparent by impregnating it with UV ink, the UV ink is cured by irradiating electromagnetic waves from a curing device (6).
