(d) Means to solve the problem By partially applying transparent processing to the surface of the paper, which is the basic material, in an arbitrary shape according to the design plan, the transparent processed parts have a unique reflective effect on light. At the same time, the contrast with the opaque parts and the use of opaque ink to print from both sides of the material paper were used to create an unprecedented design effect.

(e) Effect of the invention After partially applying transparent processing to the paper surface of the basic material in an arbitrary shape according to the design plan, and printing from the front or back of the material paper with opaque ink as necessary. By performing transparent processing, the transparent processed part exhibits a unique reflection effect on light, and a striking contrast with the opaque or printed part can be obtained by the penetration effect of vision into the transparent part. The present invention will be described in detail according to the following.

The illustrated embodiment is an example of a design paper used as a poster, and 1 is high-quality paper as the basic material, and the surface 5 of the poster is printed with graphics 6 using ordinary opaque ink.
A, 6b and character printing 6C are applied, and the basic structure of the poster is formed by opaque printing. 3 is a transparent processing section, using as a transparent solution an ultraviolet curable coating resin prepared by using unsaturated polyester as the main ingredient and adding a vinyl monomer and a photosensitizing substance such as benzoin to this resin. Forming a coating film of the transparentizing solution in the shape of the plate surface where the paper surface is pressed on the back side 2 of the high-quality paper 1 which has finished the above-mentioned opaque printing by etc., and aiming to penetrate into the paper layer,
By irradiating the coating with ultraviolet rays, the coating portion is cured and polymerized, resulting in a transparent finish. In addition to the regular method using the above-mentioned printing plate, methods for forming transparent processed parts using a transparent solution include using a thermosetting resin such as a phenolic resin with a transparent solvent 4.
Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 3, a method may be employed in which the material is interposed and pressure-bonded between polymeric paper 1 serving as a basic material and then heat treated.

Note that in Examples 6a and 6b, the type of opaque ink was changed, but if 6a is printed from the back side 2 side and 6b is printed from the front side 5 side, the original opaque projection of the paper material part 7 and the transparent processed part You can get a unique effect with the dialogue of the transparent effect in 3.

As the transparentizing solution, a thermosetting resin such as phenol resin or urea resin may be used as in the case of the intervening solvent 4, but if heat treatment is not used, ultraviolet rays may be used in view of heat resistance and ease of writing and printing. It is more advantageous to use a curable resin.

(G) Effects of the Invention Since the present invention is constructed as described above, unlike the conventional designs using opaque printing such as primary color plates and offset printing,
By making full use of the aesthetic properties of transparent processed paper, which has a unique reflective effect on light and a penetrating visual effect, it is possible to create a unique design effect with a three-dimensional effect. The design effect can be enhanced by applying transparency to the whole or part of it.
