Claims (1)
- 吸気口と排気口とを有するハウジング内に回転
可能に支持された回転軸と、軸流圧縮ポンプ段と
、ねじ溝式ポンプ段と、バランスデイスクとを具
え、同各ポンプ段及び同バランスデイスクを上記
吸気口から上記排気口までの間の上記ハウジング
内に上記の順に配設して、上記回転軸により支持
し、上記バランスデイスクと同バランスデイスク
に対向するハウジング側の静止円板部との少なく
とも一方を内側環状面と外側環状面とに２分し、
同内側環状面及び外側環状面に中心部から放射状
に延びた仮想の直線に対して交差した複数のねじ
溝を設けるとともに、同内側環状面に設けた各ね
じ溝と同外側環状面に設けた各ねじ溝とを逆向き
にしたことを特徴とする複合型真空ポンプ。
