Claims (1)
動可能な可動挾持体に、リードスクリユー軸を固
定すると共に、同軸を収容し得るシリンダチユー
ブを、上記リードスクリユー軸と同心で回転可能
にベースに設け、そのシリンダチユーブの内部に
、リードスクリユー軸の外周部にねじ嵌合するね
じ筒体を、シリンダチユーブと一体回転可能に且
つその軸方向に摺動可能に配置し、更に、シリン
ダチユーブの内部におけるねじ筒体の奥部に、軸
心孔を有するピストン室形成用の複数個の筒状仕
切部材を順次軸方向に重ね合せ且つ軸方向への移
動を相互に規制してシリンダチユーブの内周面に
嵌入すると共に、夫々の仕切部材と1対1対応で
その内周面に嵌入する複数個のピストンを、リー
ドスクリユー軸に挿通して順次軸方向に重ね合せ
た状態で軸方向へ変位可能に且つ上記ねじ筒体の
端面を押圧し得るように配列し、また、シリンダ
チユーブのヘツドカバーを介して上記各ピストン
室にエアーを供給する導通路をシリンダチユーブ
の内周面と仕切部材の外周面との間に形成し、且
つ、そのヘツドカバーには、逆止弁と、その逆止
弁と各ピストン室との間のエアー流路を選択的に
大気圧に連通させる排気弁とを設けたエアーバイ
